La Civetta sul Comò
Set among the hills of Tenuta Montemagno, La Civetta sul Comò offers a refined interpretation of Italian cuisine, where Piemontese traditions meet subtle Sicilian influences.
Executive Chef Giampiero Vento creates distinctive dishes using carefully selected local ingredients, combining creativity, seasonality and a strong connection to the land. Each menu is designed to pair naturally with the estate’s wines, completing an authentic journey through the flavours of Monferrato.

Montemagno’s Secret Garden dinners welcome guests into an intimate area embraced by lush greenery. Surrounded by vineyards and immersed in the fragrance of aromatic herbs, nature itself plays an essential role in making the experience unforgettable.
For a different setting, Dinner under the Stars takes place on the Terrace, where a beautifully set table awaits beneath the open sky, framed by the estate’s gentle vine-covered hills. A cozy and romantic yet sophisticated atmosphere makes the evening all the more memorable.
In both settings, Montemagno’s in-house chef crafts exclusive menus accompanied by carefully selected wines, creating one-of-a-kind culinary journeys tailored to each guest’s preferences.
